It was reported that it was used in the past by Gefen's Archmage, but it was known to have been practiced.
It seems to be related to the equipment that was given at the Geffen Magic Tournament.

For each 3 refine levels: MATK +1%.

Increases all elemental magic damage by 5%.

Refine Level +9:
Decreases variable cast time by additional 10%.

When equipped with Geffen Magic Robe: MATK +30.
If Refine Level of Geffen Magic Robe is +11 or higher:
MATK +40. Decreases variable cast time by additional 20%.

When equipped with Magic Intensifier Ring:
Decreases SP Consumption of all skills by 5%.
