Increases damage of Fire, Water and Wind elemental magic attacks by 5%.
Reduces cooldown time of Illusion - Shadow by 3 sec.

When equipped with 2 types of Ninja Shadow or Oboro Shadow Equipment:
All Stats +7, MaxHP +3%, MaxSP +3%.
