A mere glance at our page will let anyone know that our server is very much alive, and a single in-game login is sure to confirm it. We lack neither active players nor updates. What we're rather certain of, is that there's a good explanation for this so-called review, and if it's not one made in order to push a personal agenda, it must be one where the player in question has taken a ban for breaking our rules ...most likely botting. Yet, they still chose to hide under somebody else's identity.

You're not going to like hearing this, and perhaps you'll learn it in the future, but it is not all that rare for friends to lie. Or to steal one's gears. Fact is, admitting guilt or fault is not something people enjoy doing. Then it's their word against ours. And our evidence. In the event that your friend wants to go over the case an additional time, we urge them to submit a support ticket. Never do we randomly ban players; that would not make any sense from a sustainability perspective alone.

I remember this case and it was fully solved. As a side-note, Reddit is not a platform that we actively use. Discord is, but due to timezones and the sheer amount of DMs we receive, we're inclined to recommend opening another support ticket as the best method to reach us if you want to continue a case. We may miss seeing replies to closed tickets, but will respond to new ones. Yes, there may still be some waiting time involved, but with difficult cases all we can do is to ask for your patience.

We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your player experience and certainly hope that you'll find a server that meets your expectations, however unlikely that may be. We also realize that your grievances stem from simple frustration due to not having all of the best gear from the get-go. While we might suggest you check the high rates instead, it may well be that RO is not the game you're looking for. Good luck for the future.
