This server is not dead, was an old player back in 2018-2019 but had to stop because PC spoilt. Went back recently and found it thriving and full of customizations! Even 4th jobs are being added in. Really like the auto events going off to keep new players (or returning players in my case) entertained and off to a good start with the rewards.

Server filled with miners cuz zeny to cash exchanger. Everything is untradeable so 0 economy. Cash sets are super OP. It's UNTOLERABLE if normal sets users can do higher dps than cash sets users. There's a lot of automated events and server events which is nice. But auto events are so worthless that no one ever plays it. Extensive customization BUT what's the point if you're only going to use full cash sets anyway.

Been playing for years and I had not write a review for a server before. it is one of the best super high rate ragnarok server I have ever played. Customization sets which are powerful, can be easily obtainable via quest. You just have to simply look for it at the main town, ask people around or in the forum.

JeRO is a server that is nice to play with, you can play with your friend, make a character to test skill, despite unbalance cash items but can farm cash point easily, the negative point is that limit some items with no reason.

Unbalance cash item:
1) There are proof and guides given in forum that non-donors can play pretty well. And as you mention above, hard work will pay off as cash items can be earned easily.

limit items reason:
1) Allowing other players can have to chance to get items loot if the same old player camping at the mvp tomb location.
2) Mixing of different set will cause more balancing issue. Thus Each Set is locked as its own group of item
