I think you are thinking about a different server or you have just forgotten your account logins and passwords. The server has never been wiped and probably never will be. I have only deleted large stacks (>1k) of Mithril Coins (server's currency) because they were obviously gotten by duping. Also here there are no real "donation" items, anything you use to be able to donate for (no donations currently accepted) has always been available in game for Mithril Coins.
