This started off as a great server. Unfortunately, the Founder seems to be overloaded, and takes in the most absurd requests that no longer makes GaiaRO low-rate or enjoyable. Rates were increased to 50x, making brewer/forger useless, so on. I enjoyed GaiaRO when it was 10x. No repeatables, not too fast, parties could come by. None of that happens anymore as everyone is interested in farming with RMT in mind. If you like unstable development then sure. I'll be looking for a new LR server.

Low score from me. This server promises big things but ultimately it's just a playground for toxic WOE players. It won't last long PVM wise. Dumb decisions such as altering brewing success through a set and otherwise making RO extremely linear. GMs are okay, but I will not touch a server with such a livid meta mindset.

This is a great server if you want pure grinding. However it's not entirely classic. There's Hunting Missions that helps with the grinding(rewards light/blue potions for soloists) the community is great but there's always some bad people there. As someone said, there is PK on MVP maps which is illogical as of why PServers keep adding it in. It adds NO competition factors and new people will leave due to toxic PK trolling. No economy yet as it isn't even a week old, but it is growing.

This hasn't even opened and I'm already huffing at the false advertisement. This server presents us as having all of the attractive features of RO, without knowing what made RO so special in the first place. Instant NPCs is not one of those features. Instances, either. Don't sell it off as a Vanilla game when it's yet another rush to 99 and quit because of far too convenient QoLs. Vanilla means none of that modded cr*p. Letting people socialize and party up, and explore RO through paid warpers.

The best 1x server out there. It has everything you have ever wanted in an old school RO server. No emulations, no ridiculous game breaking mechanics, no cash shop, entirely free to play. The admins are sweet and will take their time to respond to your questions. They are also incredibly smart and knows how to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. KokoRO grows bit by bit. Feel free to hop in and try it out! Even with multi-clienting, parties do happen. A good server to grind on. See you in-game!~

Dev, admin, PR, "friends" do not like any criticism. They refuse to understand what made RO fun all those years ago. The server itself is laggy and the login servers crashes often. It could've been different from the other grab & go GRF builds but after you reach 55+ you are no longer worthy to party with. All solo. Despite their shady EXE to prevent Multi-Clienting there's still people doing it. Overall buggy with loads of narcissim. People playing are only here to meme when drama happens. DNR.

I tried giving this server a chance again, thinking that maybe the Staff had changed their ways of actually punishing their friends for constant harassment towards specific guildies and members. Nothing has changed. Favoritism is greatly presented. Instead they're telling people they don't like to leave. So much for that promised "reform". Individual harassment and abuse in #main is heavily present and not much is being done. Changes fit only for GM's circle friends. Until this changes I'm out.

I was a bit skeptic due to the QoL added to a very early episode. I decided to ignore it and give it a try. No regrets. The host(s) did a fantastic job with a server that is lag free, contains automatic events, implementing the clan system and more. The community is quite friendly and is ready to help out if needed. There is a hourly reward system but it does not break the game. Low pop, but rising. Partying is viable. I'd definitely recommend trying it out. See you in-game!

YanisRO is the LR server to play. It is stable with various proxies available for each region. No lag, no delay. When there is, the Staff is sure to help identify the problems & fix if needed. Downside is that it is not 100% Pre-Renewal. The client as well as some maps have Renewal features. In their defense, they made it Pre-Re as best as they could. Community has lots of inefficient min-maxers who relies too much on calcs, though every server has them. Parties happens. There are repeatables.
