The server is mostly stable, depending on your connection. Everytime I login, it always available. The community is friendly and helpful. You just need to say hello and join the chat. So many event going on, automated. The staffs and GMs are friendly and always ready to give you help. Im not a competitive player so I cant comment on the WOE competition, but the owner of the server is surely working hard balancing every class there is. You just have to try this server. It is worth your time
