If you offer her a piece of 3 carat diamond, she will reward you with a random piece of equipment. It could be something very common (i.e. a Cap) to something semi-rare (i.e. Manteau[1]). Of course, the chance of getting something common is higher and chance of getting rare item is lower.
You can choose your reward in six categories. There are weapon, body armor, robe, headgear, footgear, or shield categories you can pick from.
