It's kinda easy to reach max level in this server. You may have less worry about leveling and focus more on farming your gears. Quest Item is available here too, those items are really making you strong. But you need patient, time and effort to get it. Just Started to play this sever less then a month. (Can't really judge that much) So far i myself personally quite like it and enjoyed it.

Only have 2 comments for this server: 1) Even though server posted as 29/5/2020. It is actually an old server and opened since 2018. 2) Number of players shown on Website is 85 Player(s) +/- . But in the actual game, it's less than 10 players (including blacksmith vendoring) Conclusion? - Play at your own risk. Some will ignore my comments and still play. Don't take my word for it, go try it out and see if my opinions are actually true or false.
