Nice server currently on Nifflheim patch with rebirth comming mid November. There are few customizations (mostly some underused map spawn tweaks) and anti inflation patch has not been implemented. Donation for gear is not available. WoE is decently active with currently two major guilds. Overall a good experience so far.

Seems like a pretty authentic classic experience so far. I didn't even know about the anti-inflation patch, which judging by what was reverted is really just a set everything to .01% drop rate patch. Note that with no stat or skill resetting other than the official low level resetter, and the slow moving episodic content release, both alchemist and blacksmith creations and their ingredients are actually quite valuable and useful.

I have been playing on several private servers over the years, and this is only the second server I would rate as "very good". For sure it isn't perfect, but it is very close to the vanilla experience in spirit. That being said, it is a 1x server and it has a low-ish population; This means that prices are more on the high side and the availability of stuff is on the lower side. Other than that, I have been able to find share and parties no problem, also the community has been one of the best exp

Small community, which affects party availability and market. But everyone seems friendly, and it's the closest thing I can find to the vanilla experience. No multi client is just a big + for me all well. PS: I don't rememeber when I started playing, it's just a guess.

Recently decided to come back to RO and this server fit my needs perfectly. This server is perfect if you want to play classic RO without unnecessary customization. I played RO Restart previously and this server helped me re-feel that nostalgia again. The environment is very chill and laid back. The players are very kind and helpful so if you ever have questions, people are more than willing to help where needed I found. There's no P2W aspect at all. 100% will recommend to family and friends.

If you want a long-term stable high QOL RO server that is true to the game, Ragnagoats is for you. I have been playing RO for over a decade & I have yet to come across a server as smooth as this one. The staff is accommodating & mindful of the minor tweaks they do to improve the game. The community is nice. ROTD/MOTD/tap bonus/event items make leveling a tad bit easier. No anti-inflation patch makes starting easier. Play this server at your own pace & enjoy your RO journey as it was intended.

Been playing for about 3 weeks now, really good server that stays true to the classic RO experience without unbalanced custom changes/donation related things. I play from NA so the connection is amazing even for how far the server is. Players and GM are super helpful and friendly, when made my first character someone random even helped out a bit with starter things. The server population is a little low at the moment, so if your solo at lower levels might be a bit slow starting off.

Good server with a bright future. PROS: Variety in parties (static, duos, trios, etc), friendly staff, friendly community, good website, good events, ROTD and MOTD systems to help the EXP grind. CONS: Very small population which makes it hard to find parties in PST and most NA timezones, economy is very expensive and most likely controlled by just a few people, only a few guilds. If you are tired of Payon Stories, this is a good server. Just make sure to bring a friend or two.

PROS - Great server - Helpful GMs - No donations - Active WoE - Active population ( You will find multiple duos and trios around all the time) - No game breaking customization - True Classic (Not like other 1x servers which advertise 1x but are secretly 10x) - Leveling parties can be difficult for some time zone to find daily. - Test arena for build testing and PvP Great server if you want to enjoy a proper low rate server. Join!

The server successfully emulates the true 1x experience. This is also paired with episodic released which give you enough time to enjoy content. Progression is good but not too fast. Getting drops feels very rewarding and exciting. Race of the Day and Map of the Day help with exploring different areas and also organizing parties(Moving and Static). Transparent and knowledgeable GM team, always willing to help.
