Horrible server MVP's have a huge amount of HP and they recover HP at crazy rate. takes way to long to kill a MVP. 0 gold room with many quests that cost 10s of millions of zeny Easy no go. This server has potential. Just killing mvp's was a joke or I might of stayed

starting inside this server feels like walking dead, u can see people but most of em ignore wadever u wanna ask, i understand if they dont understand english, but those that speaks english also ignores u, feels like majority ppl online inside there is juz afking, as u know as well, there is no voting system so PAY UP if u wanna get gear, LITERALLY PAY UP!

I had played Blackout RO for months before I quitted last March. There is no longer economy, there is nothing to do, there is no developments, there is no admin, there is no staffs that will cater new players, there is no steps, there is fake counter login users every WoE which increases through the website admin, and in short the server is dead. Be careful on donating, I'm pretty sure it will just go to waste without developments. Kbye

I really wanted to like this server BUT for whatever reason I lagged out of the game ever 10 minutes. Suggestions on how to fix this? If I can't fix the lag problem then there is no point in playing on this server. I hope a GM sees this and recommends a fix.

I just played 3 days on this server because i thought it's good because they have a 3rd job classes and it's high rate (or maybe good but let me explain first). 3rd job classes doesn't allowed in WOE so I'm so disappointed. My first encounter GM helped me and I forgot his/here name sorry.. but not this GM Touhou. She's so rude and she silence one of the players, i think she so abusive on her power. She helped me one time, but when i ask her a questions about the game, she didn't respond anymore.

this server is worthless no point in even testing it out. all run by macroers and scammers and corrupted GMs. people pretend to be your friends just to back stab you and ruin all of your hard work.

This server is absolutely terrible.The stability of the server sucks because it's always down due to them not paying their host or them chosing the worst hosts ever.The availability of the server is alright, because it's almost always up, but very often does it get shut down by the the host.Community is very unfriendly/unwelcoming.Events are rarely ever done only if a certain GM is on.WoE is dead,PvP is dead,BG never on,Eco is bad.GM biased to one guild (one GM in particular) cause her BF in it.

i won't recommend this server.. GM is not friendly, Gm's are liers, GM's are uneducated they make fun of the players and they won't welcome new players they don't care and very lag especially during WoE. so overall DON'T PLAY IN THIS SERVER

This server is i see most sh*t 1.. inside the player never care the newbie, when asking them.. ignore and trashtalk.. i dunno this server Admins/GM how giving the info to them player for invite.. A lot @autotrade player.. 600++ people online.. i think have 3/4 is afk Better find other server to play, this server..

It's a very miserable server. You still need donates to be good. If you dont have donates you won't get good. The people are very annoying they ask every seconds for items. Ofcause there are some friendly people. There is always pvp but the people are teaming and its always lagging. The whole server is freezing sometimes. And the gm's? Dont ask. They are banning without any seasons, if you need help they arent anserwing but running in the main. They are giving items to other people. No fun.
