Here's my review:
Pros:
1. One of the server up-to-date Episodes of Ragnarok
2. Well maintained Server
3. No Lags (If you're in NA/SA or EU)
Cons:
1. Too Arrogant Staff they have some kind of sadistic nature they just love to see how players suffer
2. If you want party this server is not for you
3. No Guild Competition some admin staff fave favoritism
4. only 5 - 20+30 vend online the peak 80+ is a lie
5. Lags on SE Asian countries (my friend tell me they lag as hell)
6. Items are hard to get

1: What is this about? I personally assist players daily and deal with their issues on the spot. 2: No idea, our content is heavily party oriented when compared to other servers. 3: Some baseless accusations? 4: What lies? Anyone can check the marketplace, as you said, there are 20-30 vendors and average total population is in the 70-110 range. 5: The server is not responsible for your ISP issues, this contradicts the point 3 of pros. 6: Drop rates are x10, as specified. Thanks, I guess?
