JeRO is a server that is nice to play with, you can play with your friend, make a character to test skill, despite unbalance cash items but can farm cash point easily, the negative point is that limit some items with no reason.

Unbalance cash item:
1) There are proof and guides given in forum that non-donors can play pretty well. And as you mention above, hard work will pay off as cash items can be earned easily.

limit items reason:
1) Allowing other players can have to chance to get items loot if the same old player camping at the mvp tomb location.
2) Mixing of different set will cause more balancing issue. Thus Each Set is locked as its own group of item
