Server is usually up and running just fine, no issues there.
For the community, New players aren't welcome. Questions never get answered, just rude comments made to the person asking them. if you need help in the game, don't expect a warm welcome.
Seen the GMs in town chatting with each other. While I was in the middle of PMing one just to watch them keep chatting and totally ignored me
Economy is broken due to Pay-2-win cash shop, Buy Cards, Gear, anything.

Server seems to be completely dead, started out, tried to figure out what i should be doing, found my way into Pontera, and the only people there were AFK traders. looked like they were all owned by the same person as they were all named nearly the exact same thing. only ever saw 1 other player that vanished a second later without a word. it was like a spooky ghost town.

Sorry to hear about your experience. While Prontera is the game's main town, players may be spread out in other towns, fields or dungeons. You can use Main Chat or our discord server, the general chattiness is happening there, as players can also talk without being online ingame.
You gave low scores, though you didn't explain why. heRO has been up for 14 years and counting, it is well-known for its stability and lag-free gameplay. GMs reply to ticket within 24h and classes are well balanced.

Logged onto the server, got my character all set up and UI organized. went to say Hello in main chat. and the first thing they assume is i'm a liar when I said I was new. Didn't really get a chance to see the rest of the server, I'm tired of the rude RO communities.

I'm sorry to hear your first experience with our community was a negative one. That rude response is not typical of players on JellyRO, and there is no excuse for them to treat a new player that way. We try our best to maintain a friendly community, but unfortunately we can't be everywhere at once. If you would consider giving us another chance, please let the staff know if anyone harasses you again, and they will be dealt with!

It's cost Zeny to use the global chat channels, even the "help" channel. which to me seems like that would make it very hard for new players to learn the game and the server. also right after the "academy" you get put into a lobby like area, where I was promptly 1 shot by a huge monster, and respawning only put me right back where the monster was standing. not sure if that is normal behavior, but, quiet the horrid first impression.

There is no Global chat unless you have a megaphone, making it hard for new players to RO to get answers to questions. And no way to try to contact a GM in game to report an issue or ask for help, for example: the 2nd NPC you talk to is bugged, i assume it's the NPC to give New player items, but the 1st NPC gives you EXP to level to level 2, and the 2nd NPC won't talk to anyone over level 1. absolutly Genious (sarcasim)
