1) Talk to him.
2) Talk to him again and ask about his experiment. He will ask for the items.
3) Bring the items he asked for and answer the questions with common sense. Then he will ask for 20 Maneater Blossom.
4) Bring him the items. Now he needs a new pair of glasses. You can buy the Geek Glasses for 20,000z at a Tool Dealer in Alberta (Inside a building near the center of the town).
5) When you give him the geek glasses he will give you the Elemental Potion Creation Guide. With that Guide you can create Elemental Resistant Potions with the skill Pharmacy (Prepare Potion).
Requirement: You must be at least Job Level 40 to learn this skill. |

Go inside, walk all the way to the end (to the counter) and then turn left.
Go through the hall on the left and then up.
You should see a Guard guarding a portal.

Getting this skill will allow the alchemist to open the Homunculus Skill Branch and raise an Homunculus to assist in battles.
How to get to Lighthalzen: Take the Izlude airship (1200z). Exit at Yuno. Go downstair into the terminal, talk with the Airport Staff to take the airship to Lighthalzen. Exit the airship as it arrive at Lighthalzen.
You must wear the Grampa Bread and Geek Glasses when talking to the Rekenber Guard and he will warp you to the restricted area of the building.
You can buy the Grampa Bread and Geek Glasses within Lighthalzen from a shop near the center of the map:

Bioethics |
After speaking to his son, he will finally teach you the Bioethic skill. (Talk to him a few times until you get the skill.)
You can create an Embryo by using Pharmacy (Prepare Potion) with the required material. You need a Potion Creation Guide, a medicine bowl, a Seed of Life, a Morning Dew of Yggdrasil, and a Separation Tubes to create the embryo. All of these materials can be purchased from the Alchemist Guild in Al de Baran. Keep in mind the materials are expensive and there is a chance to fail in the creation process just like creating potions. |
