    • 10000 being 100% for the following:
    • Basic success rate for iron, steel, and elemental stone is:
      base_make_per = (Job level * 20) + (dex * 10) + (luk * 10)
    • Additional success rate vialable when refining Iron:
      base_make_per + 4000 + (Iron Tempering Skill Level* 500)
    • Additional success rate vialable when refining Steel:
      base_make_per + 3000 + (Steel Tempering Skill Level * 500)
    • Additional success rate vialable when refining Elemental Stone:
      base_make_per + 1000 + (Enchanted Stone Craft Level * 500)
    • Star Crumb has 100% success rate

  • Success rate for forging weapons:

    • 10000 being 100% for the following:
    • Basic success rate for all weapong forging is:
      base_make_per = 5000 + (Job level * 20) + (dex * 10) + (luk * 10)
    • Skill for the weapon forging type bonus (i.e. Smith Dagger / Smith Sword etc):
      base_make_per + Skill Level * 500
    • Weaponry Research Bonus:

    • Oridecon Research Bonus [For Lv 3 weapon forging only]:

    • Anvil Bonuses:
      Emperium Anvil ==> base_make_per + 1000

    • Rate deduction by weapon difficulties:
