Has a chance to enchant equipped weapon with Fire elemental for 60 sec when dealing physical attack.
Has a chance to increase Fire elemental magic damage by 10% for 60 sec when dealing magical attack.

Refine Level +7:
Increases the chance of triggering the +10% Fire elemental magic damage buff.
Refine Level +9:
Random chance to autocast Level 1 Pulse Strike when receiving physical attack.
