Increases damage of Wind Cutter by 12%.

When equipped with Thanos Axe-AD:
Increases physical damage against enemies of every race enemies by 15%.

For each 2 Refine Levels of Thanos Axe-AD:
Increases damage of Axe Tornado by 12%.

When equipped with Thanos Spear-AD:
Decreases after skill cast delay by 15%.

For each 2 Refine Levels of Thanos Spear-AD:
Increases damage of Hesperus Lit by 12%.
