Recovers 100 HP and 10 SP when defeating monsters with magical attacks.

When Level 5 Recognized Spell is learned:
Decreases after skill cast delay of all skills by 30%.

When equipped by Warlock:

Ignore magical defense of all enemies by 100%.

Releases Telekinesis Intense state when unequipping.
