Success rate for refining stones:
10000 being 100% for the following:
Basic success rate for iron, steel, and elemental stone is:
base_make_per = (Job level * 20) + (dex * 10) + (luk * 10)
Additional success rate vialable when refining Iron:
base_make_per + 4000 + (Iron Tempering Skill Level* 500)
Additional success rate vialable when refining Steel:
base_make_per + 3000 + (Steel Tempering Skill Level * 500)
Additional success rate vialable when refining Elemental Stone:
base_make_per + 1000 + (Enchanted Stone Craft Level * 500)
Star Crumb has 100% success rate
Success rate for forging weapons:
