This server has a very good balance both between a class character or the quested and donation item. the admin of this server you can said really active and supportive when their server had problem they actively update their server status and making an event for the apologize, but see no GM active. The Community was really friendly and they are pretty tidy on Vending area, the price is maybe overwhelming for a newbie to afford but they made some custom monster to help the economy of new player.

I have a lot of years here its still my favourite ,it's a friendly server (at least for me) GMs aren't that much active but,even when they have their own lives, they work hard to make the server entertaining ,it's not one of those super easy servers and i think it's better that way.Donations aren't unbalanced and classes are quite well balanced.

Overall a good server, it disgusts me that people bash on the filipino community in the game. You cannot prevent a group of people from stating their minds due to the way certain GM's handle things. The game is amazing, the community, the market, I do agree that GM's not all but most tend to lax and be biased, which shouldn't be the case. Please don't see this as hate comments, but use these to improve your service. We all want what's best. Calling people "elitist f@ggots" makes you look silly.

For the most part this is an alright server. There's some fun people, it's very balanced, fun pvp, decent amount of people, donations don't blow things out of the water. It's still necessary to work hard to be good. Unfortunately, don't expect much as far as in game GM activity goes. Most of the GMs are largely unavailable, very few events, and the ones that do get on every now and then are rude and not very pleasant. This server is wonderful for those looking to play w/ biased, lazy and unfair gms. If you are looking for a server that is always dead w/ gms who barely hold events & who dont reply to msgs, then look no further. if you would like to get banned because a gm started hating on you then this is the place for you! thats right. Not only do gm's on this server suck ass, the admin doesnt care either! So there will always be an abuse of gm power. Oh they share ur private info too!dnt trust good reviews

I have been on this server since a few weeks after it was made. It is the best server I have ever played and will probably be my last as well. Staff are well picked, friendly and do their job well. GatheringRO tries to make continuous updates to better the server. Ignore the other negative comments below, those are only due to angry players who have been punished in game.

gRO used to be fun. I've been in and out of it, can't seem to totally quit. But one thing's for sure, game quality has gone down, drama all around, enough reason for me to quit again. Accounts are banned for excessively trolling a well known troll. How Ironic can that be? GMs telling players to grow up? Dear lord, this is a game! People should be allowed to behave childishly. If players behaved like adults you'd either have 0 players left or a boring non-verbal community. SILENT MOVIES FTW!

PvP, WoE and quests are enjoyable, leveling up is easy and overall it's a newbie-friendly server. Scripting and server developing is very lacking and big updates only happen three or four times a year. Events are rare and always happen at impossible times (at least for european players). Gamemasters fail to realize how important their role is, most of them are either on hiatus or afk the whole day. Drama is as much as in a Latin American soap opera. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I played this RO for about 4 years and the server is good. Guild competition is great. Donation here is not that necessary to became strong but it helps sometimes. But for me, things got a bit different when there's a GM who for my opinion is kinda bias and unfair. A GM should be a good role model to other players. I want this server to grow up but how will it be if a GM is acting like that? I have no grudge about that GM but it's a fact and many can prove it. I just want this server to improve!

I like this server. The balancing of classes, There's only one problem in this server and it's one of the GM, Zie. She's so unfair, I'm still playing but the way she do some actions, is like abusing her GM power. She's also unfair cause we saw her giving the rights to lend her GM account to one of the players which enables the player to warp easily in Nidhoggr's mvp. Just hope that this issue will be fix. GM power abused won't make the server grow. Maybe <GM> Zie needs to grow up. ;)
