I just finished WoEing for the first time on this server and all I can say is, that WoE was fun and intense O.o. The reduced guildcap (roughly by half) and the lack of alliances eliminates the invincible pre-cast while keeping wizards useful...which was the one problem the original pre-trans RO had as far as WoE. Community is friendly and the economy is great if you are willing to work a little. As with the original pre-trans classes are balanced. I would recommend this server to almost anyone.

This reminds me of my childhood. Great Pre-trans Ragnarok Experience. The server is always available. Friendly economy means you're getting more ragnarok friends! WOE is intense and unpredictable. The max guild member is 24. The downside is at the end you might get bored because all players are busy at PVM. PVP arena is always empty. I thought BG arena will be exciting but players will just afk to get badges for consumables. If there's no champ. The one who got more pots will win the match. LOL

This server is legit, I recommend it to others. I have been playing RO for 8 years, and this is the best server I have played on since the first one I ever joined, it is running on the episode 7 patch which is the same patch I joined on, awesome! The only things custom about this server that I can notice is that it is running on an old patch, a more balanced patch then any other. I love classic RO, this feels like classic RO. If you like trans or 3rd classes don't join here. This is classic.

One of the best pre trans server I have played in .WoE has yet started , but im sure it will be balance due the 20 players max per guild and no alliance feature. The GMs are friendly and helpful .The only mayor problem is the many bots roaming free .You can find vendors selling 30 drop cards or 8 thara frogs in the same shop , and in my opinion those are bot users . Some players are bad sports , breaking dead branches on others mob dropping and KS. The GMs should do more about this .

A great "old-school" server with drop rates a casual player can handle. It has great custom built Battle Grounds like Zombies, Juggernaut and Capture the Flag. This server is geared towards those who like to PvP, so allowing stat/skill resets up until lvl 90 allows you to create a PvM character for easy leveling, yet still gives you the option to get your stats/skills setup for PvP at higher levels. Money donations only grant cosmetic rewards which is a huge plus. No OP custom gear for donators

I've been taking a while to write this review, because I wanted to give a fair and balanced one. I've been playing since launch. The client does have a few issues, but at the time of writing, a new revised client is about to come out, this is expected to fix a few bugs/lag issues. The GMs are very friendly and helpful, and have helped with a fair amount of issues I've had. The players are generally friendly, but can get a bit unruly at times. This is rare, however. A good server, overall.

Just as the server name implies, Standard RO brings back the original 2-1 and 2-2 classes we all loved. Extremely helpful community that is growing everyday since the server has launched in early December. Helpful GMs that respond as soon as any question is asked. With the server being new as it is, WoE is beginning soon. Donations are for vanity headgears that represent the stats of a poo poo hat, so you never have to worry about imbalance. Come join some oldschool RO fun.

Classic server with a classy community. Whether you're looking for the chance at some pre-trans action in WoE, battlegrounds, pvp, or just a romp through pre-trans prontera fields, this server has you covered. Only a week in, and it's already won my heart as the best classic server currently found. If you are looking for a pre-trans server, I'd suggest looking no further.

This server opened December 1st, it's a non trans server and it sure brings back memories of how Ragnarok used to be a while ago. Currently I've seen 130 people online at peaking times with only around 10 vendors total meaning 120 active players which is a good indicator of the server's population. The donations are not broken at all and only serves for disguises of poopoo hat or to skip a job quest instead of doing it. Join now and watch the server blossom into the next big thing ;D

StandardRO is the best non trans server i've ever played on. I just started a few days ago and it is really balanced just like the good old days of iRO. There hasn't been WoE yet because the server is nice and fresh but if your looking for a more simple and fun server to play then you should definetly join StandardRO. No Trans Classes FTW. 10/10. Friendly community & Staff. alot of multi cultural guilds. Ive seen Russian, Portuguese/spanish, english, and even french!
