Great server with nice people, too bad that you can also find ppl who are real asses, and GM's are easy to catch and ask them questions etc. There aren't much crashes either.
The only thing I hate in EuphRO is the economy; it's SOOOO awful

EuphRO is the first server i tried for Ragnarok Online, i am very grateful that i chose it because everyone is so friendly (including the GM's). Lags are very rare and it is stable. Moreover, it is low rate, so there is more challenge=fun!!

This server has a way of drawing you back to it. No matter how many times you leave, you'll always come back. The economy is good, and people are nice. Its never hard to find a party.

I was hesitating on which server to go to, i tryed many low rate server, but euphro is far the best of all. There is nothing to discuss about,good comunity, good GMs.If you're hesitating, just give a shot to euphRO, you wont be disapointed.
