This server has become a Low High Rate server you get healer NPC and other custom NPC that basically takes the work out of everything. GMs aren't very helpful they are extremely bias if their decision make them look bad even though its correct they will not do it. Players find ways to abuse the game knowingly and uses technicalities in the rules to justify their actions. All events are automated and are usually "if you cant spam click fast enough you wont get as much custom items".

There is a lot of hostility between players and guilds fanned through the low rate server at RebirthRO, that creates an unpleasant atmosphere. The GM team is capable but difficult to reach except during events. WoE is definitely a competition. With Battlegrounds implemented its easy to hone your skills for WoE and learn new tricks. This server has a lot of donations items that severely throw off the balance, but they look interesting.

One of the worse "low rate" servers there is out there. If you can call it a low rate that is. Roughly anyone has skills on this server, especially members of the "leading" guild. It is a server based purely on gears, hence the terribly overpowered donates. Also, there isn't 100% after cast delay, so much for class balance. Basically, if you want a good RO experience do NOT come here. If you are in a good guild hopping servers. this is not a good server since you will rape without even trying.

I was going to go to a different server provider because I wanted the game to be a little harder. Then rebirth made a low rate and I love it!!! Rebirth servers are awesome and fun. I can't wait till more people populate like the mid rate server. No doubt that it will.

The competition on the server is cut between a 3-4 Guild Alliance against one guild. PvP is almost always dead, the members of said alliance tend to avoid pvp. There is only one really helpful GM while the other two seem to look more toward being liked than doing their jobs. One can be permanently banned on this server for calling a GM a "fragile little pony" but not for abusing the party change endless bug which allowed said alliance to farm 3-4 GTBs. The reason I still play is for hope in 3rds

I'd suggest finding another server. Recently, Stability is lacking a bit due to random lags and disconnects. Community's bad. No parties to help level with. A player even refused to give heals, plus there is much hate to be seen if you have the main chat on. Events are boring and repetitive. GMs have characters in game and all of them are in a guild with others. Aren't really available and not resourceful. WOE has recently turned into a 2-team war. Prove to yourself by playing for 3 years :D

The RebirthRO server is a server I've been playing on for at least a couple of years, and from the beginning it has been thoroughly enjoyable. I've participated in a number of events, communicated with more than several friendly players and took part in the advance to a better server by helping out several people. The environment just doesn't get better. The server never freezes and is always on 24/7, the GMs are incredibly helpful (though not always on) and the community and economy fluctuates.

Its quite a good server, since its low rate most people help each other out so the server is quite friendly. Our Lead Gm is also awesome [and creepy at times /gg] its takes quite a while to level so all i can say is Eir is NOT for the FaintHearted

A friendly and fun community is what makes this low-rate server best. There aren't that many events but it's always exciting when they do some. The GMs are fair and knowledgeable. It's a great place to make friends, compete with others and be proud of putting-in some effort into your character.

I've been playing RRO low rate for about five years plus. Unless your rude or just unwilling to look up stuff people are friendly and will help you out. The GMs are approachable and helpful for the most part. The only downside is the population and monopolies by certain guilds, but I guess you'd find that anywhere. If you want a server to log onto and have fun with friends then this is place to just hang out and do stuff together.
