it is a very intresting server, the guild tension is epic, lol, i like it here, ive been on alot of servers and havent found one like it, the custons seem over powered at first but the arew actually very balanced, unlike most hi rates it doesnt favor Sinx or HW classes, well i wont lie Sinx is best for mvping but snipers pwn too, well there is only one way for u too find out what its like here, come here your self

I've played RO for about 5 years now. retRO is one of the best servers I've been to. It has amazing, balanced customs. PVP is always fun, and always busy. Server GMs as well as Admins are willing to help new players, and hold events with amazing prizes. I've personally seen some awesome builds and ideas coming from this server that I'd never considered before. If you're lookin' for a server to call home: there's only one. retRO.

This server is not worth your time. There's only 1 GM and 1 Admin. For 2 months, I'm on 10-15 hours a day, never once seen the Admin in game or on the forums. The GM makes non GM characters, but gives them hacked stats and items. His stalker has 6k dex. He also randomly makes his chars able to attack people in town, but you can't fight back. He hacks his cousins chars as well. Exmpl: He gave his cousin an ahura mazda. The Admin knows about these things and does nothing.

I personally enjoy this server to the maximum server, the pvp is one of the best I've seen.. Although not too many players ~ all players participate in pvp as class balance is not AS BAD as other servers ~ the admin is working on it as we speak and is doing a good job so far, The gm who they say is corrupt has finally fixed himself up and promised to the community to do his job right. Here you never get bored, I've been 255 for a few months and yet I have way more things to do!

By experience I must say, Ret-RO is one amazing server. The GM's are funny as hell and the admin works very hard. There was a little feud between a GM and a player but that's all solved and done with. There's many auto events with awesome prizes and cool quest such as, Race quest, Hero quest (about to be added soon) and scavenger hunt. The players are friendly but be warned, PVP room shows no mercy. Class balance is being worked on alot but not to the point it kills the gameplay. Come play!

Here's a review, from a perspective of a long time player. The Server in general is a great server with lot of different customs, but the issue lies within the Corrupted GM Team. Whenever the Co-Admin DOES go on his GM account, which he rarely does unless to harrass somebody or abuse his powers nothing ever gets done for the server. Guild competition is low because, if the GM goes on his "legit" everyone just stops trying. And some of the classes are broken like LK and Sniper.So, Corrupt GM Here

corrupt gms as they use their supposed "legit" characters, whom are stat hacked and equip is probably gm equips. They mess up WoE, go on killing sprees and give items to certain people. This was addressed to the Head-Admin but he did nothing. I know donation is a donation, and we are given "items" but they changed the items and make it worse. Generally, to make their "legit" characters even stronger when a legit person is able to withstand their hacked characters.

I've been on the server for a long time now, and its a lot of blast. The customs are good and the gms are so loving to us. They do a lot of fixes everyday and lots of updates. COmmunity is super nice and if you are new they help you quick. Lots of events by GMs and give decent prizes. Lots of things to do when ur bored so ur never bored, I LOVE RETRO JOIN NOW

Ive played on many servers before and none were as eventful as retRO. The number of members are low now but we're growing everyday. People are really nice and making friends is pretty easy on this server, especially since there arent many people to be a stranger to. This server has pretty much taken the dullness out of creating characters and has presented its players with countless quests and events for our entertainment. Plus, PVP is always fun. Hopefully with more people woe will be too.

The server down right now due to to some technical issues, but aside from that the server is always available, The server has a lot of features to make us busy at all times. I love to play daily wth my friends cuz I got new hings to do all day. I want this server to grow seriously big. The admin is very hard working, and even has a changelog, has lots of hard working gms, loves to work and always updates. The server is never outdated and the community is also very great!
