New Player on the Server, seems pretty decent :) Nice Changes to the game, server-own content. The DN Dungeons make lvling easy, some people say its almost too easy.^^ Cash-Shop is only for Costumes, so no pay2win. Healthy Playerbase around 300-400 (i think) without all the shops and no multi-client.

I've been playing this server for a while and generally enjoy it. However, I do have concerns about the Zeny. It becomes useless quickly, and it's tough to get high-end gears. Despite this, the GMs are clearly doing their best to maintain the server and provide efficient service when needed. Their dedication to the player base is impressive. Overall, I recommend this server with these reservations.

servers population rised as oathro died, i dont know why i didnt play here before, servers amazing with everything being balanced as it should, theres a fair amount of quality of life changes making this server so nice to play on, its still a low rate server so everything will be difficult to farm as expected, but this server aids you in the best way possible, community is friendly, and theres always parties going on, holiday events are active as well. overall this server is near perfect.

I'm back to RO after a while out and Alfheim really is awesome! There are excellent QOL improvements that make playing this ancient game much better. The community is really involved and active, in the past month or so of playing I've done all the necessary stuff: joined a guild, partied with friends and randos, ran MVPs, grind for gear, sell items in a shop. The server owner put a lot of work in and it shows. Love to see an active server after all this time. You should join hmu!

Best server I've played so far. It's less grindy for me and my friend, which is good because we have busy lives. We enjoyed playing Ragnarok again. Plus all players here are friendly and helpful to newbies. Also, I like that you can recustomize your character like hairstyles and clothing at no cost, and do stat/skill reset (but with requirements) - which means that you can plan your builds with peace of mind.

Great server to relax and have a good time, community is growing every day. I really recommend this server. It has several quality of life changes and some twists to the usual RO experience. Characters have modifies stats, weapons and armor have rolled stats, wich makes the experience a lot more fun, Warper only to places you manually have visited and a lot more!

Most of the review is based on my personal experience and what a friend told me is going on as I haven't experienced any of the PVP related content. Server lags way too often during EU afternoon. GM's are nice. Economy is old so newbies good luck. Community wise, it's the usual. Nice people and some griefers, low level parties generally don't exist. But for 79+, pretty much always going at least one. Woe inactive atm, BG/PVP dead. Custom features are definitely convenient and feel nice.

Great server, the GM knows what he is doing. Very good programming and custom features. There's not many events, though. If you're looking for a server to enjoy your character and slowly build it, this is perfect.

I've played RO off and on since 2007 and for the first time since about 2013, I'm having an absolute blast on a low-rate server! While the exp rates are low, there's more going on there than a simple multiplier would let on -- between the Lasagna area, daily double exp buffs, and rotating exp bonuses for different enemy traits, the levelling goes quicker than you'd expect from the rates. We've all raced to the biggest numbers before, but here, it's slow and feels earned. Not P2W. Come on in!

Alfheim is RO the way it should have been made, PVE nostalgia heaven for casual players. Pop growing every day, majority of server is in levelling and gearing process. This is the only server capable of delivering a modern Ragnarok Online PVE experience in 2022. That being said, low rate grinding takes a lot of time. Progression takes forever. Most people have no gear. Takes hours/days to get even basic gear. It's a critical flaw of all korean grind MMOs. The same flaw is heavily present here.
