A friendly, welcoming server. Currently mini events going on until august! If you create a character, you get some free starting items (a dagger type weapon that gets stronger as you level up, an egg shell hat as well). Great rates <3. Excellent server that brings back what is RO truly about. After a point in the games history it went a bit bad and they made drastic changes to keep people buying from cash shop. This server goes back before all that nonsense so actual fun can be achieved once more. Occasional maintenance but very little: 9/10 Community friendly on main chat: 10/10 GMs, never had much contact but heard they help people so: 8/10 Easy economy for one to enter in: 10/10 WoE has few guilds but its happening: 7/10

Could have been the greatest server around but unfortunately it's not. GMs are rarely sight in-game. Which makes things complicated when it comes to report bots (no hack/bot protection on this server) abuses. Even when via the forum, it takes ages before a GM considers your report, if someone ever does (Got a report still waiting for moderation). Recently the server has been under DDos attacks causing massive lags and the website to be off for days...On the plus side economy is ok.

I'm glad i found this server one month ago. Was seeking about the old RO times spirit (no renewal), balanced old gears (no combos, etc), balanced old classes (no third, no extended) and i found this server without all theses crappy things and without... high classes ! :D This makes me feel very nostalgic, and i found too a very friendly community from everywhere (Euro, America, Asia). No customs items, no ugly wings, ugly hats, but some different colors (11 ?) via stylist for dyestuff+50k.Cya!

Right, you wana get a RO experience like it was suppose to be - this is the place. The joy of a small world means that you esiely find parties and equipment is esay to farm. To experiences the joy over getting a muffler drop is really nice after all forgetting the RO feeling in all high rate servers. Economic is good you can pretty fast get Zeny to buy stuff, no silly 500m Z prices. Basically a nice place to be!

I wonder whats wrong with the idiot below. nvm, here's my review: Pros: GMs appearm to be mature/experienced; Its authentic; No overpowered/ridiculous donations; Its growing fast! 55 players when i joined and i'm counting around 90~120 nowdays; No custom NPCs; Its hard! we know, mainly for newbies, but that's good because it force ppl to unite. The community is helpful. Have you ever played a non-trans woe? Its fantastic! ~ Cons: We just need more players and thats why im here.

Not much comment, this server economy is imbalance, super hard on newbies, and many other disadvantages......... There arent any guild competition with a few guilds dominated every castle. Imbalance donation and many more.

The community here is awesome. Lots of friendly people looking to help out new players. Pretty much as soon as I joined I was picked up by a pvm guild that helped me level and get started - awesome. I highly recommend this server. I can't stand renewal and it's a blast to play non-trans (nostalgia). Give it a try. The population is a little bit low (around 100-120 non-woe days I've noticed) but everything is legit here. Bring yourself (and your guild?), it's worth it.

This server has a pretty good community. People are willing to try to help you as much as they can without inconveniencing themselves too much. What I really like is the classic feel to the game. The old payon town and the old placement of the monsters in the fields and dungeons.

I've been looking for a server were i could play plain old RO at its finest stage for a long time. I registered for ret-RO out of nostalgia and it's been living up to all the expectations i could have had! :) No custom NPCs, no wings and all that, no custom monster spawns...simply an awesome RO experience how it was meant to be :) The community is nice and growing a lot recently and the economy seems to be working.
