The server is stable with lag being a rare happening. WoE is boring because of the extremely low population, but no one class dominates. The economy is nonexistent with no merchant shops up and many players have over 500m zeny, making it useless. The GMs are online, but in my experience are biased and rude. There are no events.

PaperRO is a close-knit community and a great place to play. I am accustomed to High rates and usually have found low rates boring, but not this one. As soon as I started i made a friend who helped me get some items for my job test. Then i joined his guild and met many more friends! I highly recommend this server to anyone who is looking for a good community, and good times <3 <3 <3

PaperRO is a great server for you people out there who love low rate servers. There are good sides and bad sides for any server of course, and there always will be. People have said that the GMs were corrupted and gave away MVP cards and stuff. Yeah as Kale said it's all bogus. Anyways, if you join, I bet it'll be worth it.

Come play at PaperRO, it's the best low rate around. Guild competition is fierce, events are fun, lots of help for new players. All that stuff about the GM's being corrupt and w/e is false, those comments were made by the players who cheated and got caught, so don't mind that. PaperRO is a great place in which you feel at home!!

I love this server, so far it's been my favorite. Part of it is the fact that I can actually have a conversation with the GM's. I can go to them with issues and concerns I have. The players are friendly, after WoE everyone is congradulating each other on main. It's just a really nice place.

Great server overall, one of my favorites out of all played. The allegations below are completely without merit too. The GM's are great and don't give out equipment to players, Donation items are basic: OBB's and dead branches, as well as a few small @commands. Overall, there's custom work being done on dyes, and a new host soon

Katlego is right. The others are just saying bda stuff for the servers reputation. Our servers WOE is great its controled and dominated by 1 guild which is our guild btw. we got GMs in our guild but the server is soon dying because of less people and no-fun events. theres also rumors bout GMs corruption selling MVP cards..
