Heres an honest review of the server from someone who has played since opening. The community is friendly and there are leveling parties from time to time, but 90% have English as a second language.
The biggest problem is the donation shop, i must admit it's pay to win, a +7 safe refine of any weapon and armor is ridiculous.
And what is a spiritual auger? apparently i can donate to socket items? I am having mixed feeling about this server until something is done about the donation shop!

I think you got some things wrong,
First the safe refine tickets aren't obtainable by donations at all,
only via our hunting quest system, or by finishing our survival challenge, both of them are really hard to accomplish just once, not to talk about finish them a few times, it's obtainable to all player in the same way, and not at all via donations, and about socket items, it's not an option in our server at all, I think you got confused.

Been playing OriginRO since a couple of weeks after it opened. it is a really stable server, with almost no lag issues. The community is nice, with friendly people always up to parties to lvl, MvPs, etc. Even thought it is still a small community, it is growing everyday. The server counts with a discrod channel too. Game masters are always up to help and are easy to contact, ingame or you can speak to them on facebook. Lately new guilds have been created, and that is helping the economy to grow.

Been playing this server about a week aftet it opened, the server is really stable and well maintainced, community is really friendly and helpfull, GMs are active most of the days but always available through facebook, forums or discord which is really helpfull, lots of cool unique features that the admins have implanted, party oriented server overall but also really fun to solo as well, population still quite low, but grow each week.
And the best thing is rush of nostalagia when you first login

Started playing when opened and I have to say I love the combination of the old ro and the new ro.. A lot of good places to lvl up and a lot of nice players that offer help to each other.
Did not had any special issues such as crushes or bugs all in all nice and friendly server and many new interesting stuff.

so been playing two weeks now, the server is realy stable and lag free, community is realy helpfull and so does the admins.
i realy like that's it's old school, as an old schooler its excatly what i was looking for, homy stable with great community,eventfull party oriented but also gives wide options for the solo player

I highly recommend this server - this is some old school playing. No extensive addons or customizations, you have to go through some effort to play. Great potential for a RO nostalgia community, because of friendliness and openess of GMs and players. Hop on!

Origin launched recently. I've had the pleasure to speak to the GMs privately and they're veteran RO players and server administrators. Quick to reply on social media and Discord and supportive in game.
There isn't a whole lot of players as of yet, however, the few that I've talked with are all friendly and eager to help the community grow.
This server is design to satisfy the needs of oldschoolers wanting to play pre-renewal RO. Honestly, the GMs nailed it! LOVE IT!

well what can i say this server is awesome the Gms are freindly , the players also helpful and nice , i playin ro since 2005 maybe it was so long time ago,
and on this server i dont see any problems lags or bugs , everytthing works.

The server is really stable, and from what it seems well maintained,
Community is still quite low (server is open a week and a half), but it's growing daily and more players joining.
From what i can tell the GM invested a lot of time in thinking and developing new features for us the players to enjoy of, I perosnally love the face that the server uses old school game mechanics, really takes me back 15 years ago when i've started playing RO as a kid
