this server is brand new started in september and still in development stage so it's tough to accurately "rate" but I can tell you it's very fun to play. If you are looking for a classic low rate and want to grind forever, this server is NOT for you!! they pretty much took away all the traditional RO content and are adding it back in their own style... to me it feels like WoW-style leveling cause the dungeons are all instanced and theres a lot of quests! the gameplay might take getting used to.
