Imo the server is balanced as it can be, since it is based on pure EA servers, with high rate / 99 maxes. Some additional balance changes have been also made so there will be no Rambo style players (yggra spammers and so).
Cons:
-Creas are freaking strong :D.
-Low number of players, since high rate with 99 maxes.
