Since the added of renewal years ago, the server quality has drastically fell. The economy has been reliant on miths and mining for the longest time. Any new player coming into gatheringRO WILL struggle getting anywhere. You start off with little to no zeny, and there are some quests that are extremely important in which no one is reliant to help you out with. The server has split into several cliques. Pre-renewal gRO had an average of 600 players. With Renewal it has hardly 200 constant players

well this server suck! NO GM availavable. if there is, theyre busy with their friends chatting. and there's rarely an event. theres an event when they feel to do it. well, we cant blame them if their friends are not online. other thing is, once you downloaded this patch, you will kcufing encounter alot of problems before you can play it. Before it was good, but suddenly it drops a zillion times! NO GM+NO STABLE ECONOMY+UNFRIENDLY SERVER=DEAD SERVER IN A FEW MONTHS! Goodluck!

I've been in this server for more than 5 years and it's still great in a unique aspect. This is my 2nd review and I'm pleased to say that there has been a lot of improvements since my last review specially in the economy and gameplay balance which were made possible by the Admin and staff's great effort. The server offers balanced donation and voting system. No god items in vote/donate shop. If you're looking for a balanced renewal high-rate server, gRO is worth a try.

I have been playing gRO for almost 6 years and never stopped, it is simply because I can't leave once i've started. It is like you will get the momentum on playing once you started. The classes are balanced and it is not hard to farm for items. There are newbie guides on forums and you can also ask for help on players online. I find it really hard to quit playing this server.

I have been playing this server for the past 3 years One of the best servers i have played.. very very stable.. No wipes, pretty much active.. very competitive woe.. Very well designed battle grounds as well.. Do join this server... Im sure you wont regret joining..!!

When my friend told me about this game I thought this doesn't seem interesting. Soon I started to love this server. The GM's are really nice and do all kinds of events. They have great pets and class. Then I thought this game isn't bad at all. I'm quite impressed with this game. There maybe some people around but there will be more people joining this server!

When I found this server, I had my bad expression before when playing this server in 1st time. May be its old server, less players and worry it'll going to be closed again.BUT, here i am in the server..i enjoy this server more than previous servers. Still there are many loyal old players. There are friendly and helping each other. This server will never get closed down. Love it when there are many custom item e.g costumes. All the best Gathering RO. Stay with me forever.

First of all, gatheringRO is a fun private server, it has tons of custom items and custom quests. Unlike other high rate servers, gatheringRO offering balanced gameplay for both casual players or donators, no overpowered items/skills, so everybody have a same chances to pawn! I love to stay here because the community/players is very welcoming. Custom item drop rates is a unique feature of this server - most of mobs drop rates is customized. I give this guy 9 out of 10. :)
