At first Lumina was great for me, until the server crashed (a lot). The GM is nice, but honestly, 1 GM can't handle a server alone. I've been on for only 1 day with a level 96 priest and another high level character. Until the recent 48 hour roll back happened (after the other many server crashes and downtime.) I had once PM'ed the GM about a free headgear item after posting here on RMS. Apparently she didn't want to hear it. She's logged off after middle of my sentences, and doesn't reply back.

Why didnt you send an email to support? server support attends at [email protected]. Noone else reported crahes, if something is wrong with your installation, tell me whats going on and I will help. If I didn't answer you that's because I didn't read, you should try contacting me in other forms first. If you say the GMs are nice, you cant give 2 unders friendliness, it doesn't make a lot of sense. About 1 GM not being enough, you can talk to GM Josette too. And I'm still selecting more staff

Server laggs and only one guild is playing there.
GMs cant handle a discussion and can't even unjail or bann. They're helpless and totally not qualifired to be GMs.
The maintown is bad-mapped, it doesnt even has a lightmap.
The healer is spammable and the server doesn't have a WPE/RPE shield, you can autohide there.
