I joined Lumina-RO looking for a community, and it seems I have found it here. This game isn't just about leveling, or PvPing & WoEing - - community plays a huge role into it. The economy is balanced, and there are plenty of places for one to find a niche and fit into it! Also this server does not have ridiculous donation items, or MvPs cards that completely throw everything out of balance. If you start on this server you can rest assured you are on a level playing field with all the others!

First time back to RO in a few years, glad I was able to find a server with these rates. Population seems to be struggling, there are some dedicated players but they don't feel like a closed group. The GM's stay out of sight, and don't sit around in town making friends which is rather pleasant. I expect they are very prudent and unbiased when it comes to rulings. Market is currently up in the air, that's really my only complaint.

This server is on its way out, for a multitude of reasons. The server owner hasn't even logged on in over a month, and the people below him are scrambling to figure things out. The population is so small, one guild rules WoE, there is absolutely no economy (all auto-trading merchants are left up for weeks). While I love the rates, I feel its time for me and this server to depart. There have been rumors of corruption, and its evidence seems pretty substanial. GM's have regular accounts, and play.

I was curious about how joining such a long standing served would go, the short answer is pretty well. While older players are still around, they don't "own" the server. The community is active enough to make gears obtainable with a little work, which is something you should expect from these rates. There aren't any annoying customized features, a lot of thought has been put into releases. This server is not canonical to an official release, some might say it is better, however.
