good server and all but, too much lag, obvious things that need to be changed but wont, GMs rarely on when needed (from my experience). Other than that its pretty good, there are stuff to do almost all the time, and almost everything is possible as long your willing to work for it.

Old RO player. Wanted to play again. Found NovaRO, which looked to have a decent sized, healthy community. So far, loving it! Leveling is comfortable, earning zenny is relatively easy, and there is a lot to do! Costumization is vast and plentiful. The GMs and community overall is helpful and friendly. There is always help to find. And Nova is a great guy. I definately recommend this server to others, looking to enjoy Ragnarok. Its not hardcore, but offers enough challenge at times.
