Firstly server was 99% Russian, as the main administrator is Russian. Was opened for two weeks, then was closed as it has been found out that GM uses GM commands to increase player stats. Wizard could kill full equipped knight with Jupiter Thunder during WOE. Knight with two-handed sword could easily survive after Azura Strike with lex Aeterna. Proves are available. Now server is sold to other administrators (but most players sure it is fiction) and they gonna make international server.

WOE population is 3 guilds 20+ members and 1-3 guilds with around 10. Players are average level, lot's of cheap low VIT builds, who spent WOE time in stun. Server position itself as international, but occupied mostly with Filipino players(~80%). It is quite hard to find party in European evening. GM's are not very professional and often implement some changes, which lead to emergency maintenance. Hopefully now they started to ask and listen to people on forums. But in general it is quite good =)
