Well, indeed one of the best Ro server that I have played , but It does have flaws where the hat maker doesnt have all the hats that are available . The players also are not that friendly , some of the are quite cursy . The GM however are active ones . They made events as often as they could.

a friendly GM with tons of events going on that I couldn't catch up.
There's always friendly players around and they are active too!
Highly recommended for solo players and newbies to learn more about RO
