I used to have 150 ms in EUW, it's really bad but still playable. With the recent server change, i now have 250ms. That's literally quarter a second. It's a great server, but it's not "inter", you just can't play if you don't live in the US/Asia. I had great time on this server so they deserve a good note, it's just too bad they don't care about european players.
