This server is a fairly small close knit community in which most players are familiar with each other. Upon asking for help from GM's they're always thorough. Whenever I've received help they were always friendly and approachable, and handled the discussion professionally. They do take your input into consideration and are usually happy to do so. There is no play2win issue on Spectrum, which is something I do not see on many other servers. Over all I've really enjoyed my stay here so far. (':

After taking a break from RO for two years I found this server and it's quite the breath of fresh air! The rates on Nova are delightful to where leveling isn't insanely quick, but it's not painfully slow. The GM team is almost, if not always, available to answer your questions. If you need assistance immediately the community is just as helpful and friendly! Whenever there is new content added I'm never let down. I'm hoping to settle down on this server and I'd love to see new faces. c:
