* Many important items are walled behind donation requirements or unrealistic in-game currency exchanges (1 billion zeny for a Magician's Night Cap is an obvious example) * GM's are rarely available in game and seldom respond to issues on the forums * Labeled as English server, but nobody speaks english, always Malay/Tagalog * Quest EXP labeled as 100x, but is only 10x. Homunculus only get 1x exp. * Many gears (such as Skull Cap) are not available for whatever reason.

I've been playing NovaRO for a total of about 2 months. Its very stable, well maintained, and has both seasonal and daily events. I find the drop & exp rates to be in a good goldi-locks zone for all except the Homunculus after level 100. I think their exp rates should be increased. Overall though its a very well executed server. The devs clearly care a lot about it because of the modifications they made for it.
