DreamerRO is number 1 High Rate so far. I've been a loyal member of this server for about 3 years, it has never depressed me or let me down. HaZe and Deb I congratulate you both for making the best RO High Rate Server! Elite Hero Quest and Hero Quest is wonderful, increases progression in yourself and others.
