I had a VERY Bad experience in this server, other players tricking you how to refine 100% which made me break my +12 GXB. Personally I wouldnt even bother giving this server another go. GM only replies questions regarding to donations nothing else (he only replied when i donated. I donated around $800 - 900 USD).
For RO players interested in this server and reading this review ill break what this server is like

Hi.
May I know who you are? You claim that I only reply if you donated?
But, I have evidence and chats logs of me helping tons of players daily on facebook chats without them being heavy donators.
About paid to win or not, there are many ways to obtain free cash ingame.
Player overprice? If you compare our price with low rate serveres, then yes, but as a mid rate server, our prices are in my eyes pretty normal as its fair easy to gain zeny.
AFK in city? wtf? players are not allowed to AFK? o,o
