TalonRO Is one of the most stable servers I have ever been on. The staff is knowledgable and willing to help at a moments notice. Gm's like Azul are sure to be right there when you need them and they are a lot of fun bringing a great playing environment to the server. I would highly recommend joining this server as it is one of the best low rate servers out there. Low rate servers are the best for a beginner or a player who's played Ragnarok before.
