High rate servers are commonly unbalanced and really unstable but DreamerRO has been doing a great job at keeping the server balanced and stable as possible and it is very new player friendly. The new players are given equal chances to be able to catch up with the players that are already very powerful. Also, DreamerRO doesn't stop giving interesting events for the players which keeps me interested in the whole server itself. Overall I would recommend DreamerRO :)
