The one thing that picked my attention when playing on this server is how well organized it is. Its main features are quite well thought, like the reward system that is quite accessible for any player. The server also has lots of events (scripted or GM-hosted), which is always fun. The downside seems to be the low focus on PvP/WoE. While they do exist and even have special modifications to attract all kinds of players, the focus for most events and updates is mostly on the PvM aspect.
