Although it's a high rate, this server surely has a challenging unique system. I've done many quests and events and most of them are fun and worth to play. Both PvE and PvP features are great. GMs are professional, they take good care of us. Experienced players are willing to help. I don't really know about server availability, but it can up to 14 days (longest time I've ever seen until next MT) holding 800-1k players without lagging for me it is remarkable.
