Donations are a mess. There are some hats by donation which are useless. Moreover there should be added other famous hats.
Prices are too expensive, too.
Unfortunately there's no way of getting Cash Points (donating currency). So for people who doesn't donate it's really unbalancing.
They're not able to get +10 foods, like another important stuff.
Dropping rates of many items are too low according to server exp rates. I'd increase them a little.
Battleground is really bad organised.

Hello. I think that the player does not read the information about the our server. Prices on our server below all EU and US servers. Less than 10 USD for every headgear. There are several ways to get Cash Points in the game without investing money (donations) into the game. For example, the purchase of Zeny from other players, or getting through the game events. You can get a +7 Food for BG Badges. This is a normal alternative. You can also craft +9, +10 Food. Regard, GM Jenny
