i am playing pre-renewal on this server and so far i can see a good balance in items but sometimes some characters or players are way too strong for anyone specially if they are playing for longer period than most players. but overall it is a good and well balanced server!

add some events and some in game Game Master and this server will be perfect.
gm should atleast be ready most of the time incase there is a problem inside the game.
overall this server is a great server regarding 2-2 jobs. balanced game balanced items and a very comeptitive war of emperium!
