Player base is mostly Russian. GM's English isn't too great, but he's trying his best(?). Player Helpers are overall nice too. I'm enjoying the server despite the cries of 'dead server!!!' and think that with some changes (donation items available through less ridiculous quests, better WoE times, renewable guild packages, etc..) the server still has potential.
