GMs have always been around when I've had questions to be answered. They are never far. The economy is old, but still fairly solid. Lots of decent items are cheap enough that new players don't have difficulty obtaining them, but there are plenty of ways to make money. Class balancing is no worse off than any of servers I've seen. People have preferences, but I wouldn't call any classes unbalanced.
